  • What are your office hours?
    Monday | 9am - 6.00pm Tuesday | 9am - 6.00pm Wednesday | 9am - 6.00pm Thursday | 9am - 6.00pm Friday | 9am - 6.00pm Saturday | 9am - 12.30pm Sunday | Closed Please check with us as our hours are constantly extending due to demand.
  • What are your prices?
    Our prices vary, depending on the service. Please visit the pricing page for more info.
  • From what age do you accept kids?
    We accept babies from four months old and onwards. Children aged 3 years and below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the water. We do have special classes for a 2 year old where parents are not able to be in the water. Please inquire with the front desk for more information on how this works.
  • Do you cater for Private lessons or Specific requirements?
    We can do classes outside of our structured Learn 2 swim program as you see fit. Inquire with our staff and we will accommodate all requests.
  • Do you open on public holidays?
    Starfish Aquatics are not open on public holidays.
  • Do I get charged for public holidays?
    You will not be charged for public holidays.
  • How long does Aqua Aerobics run for?
    Our Aqua Aerobics class runs for 45 minutes, for information please visit our Aqua Aerobics page.
  • When is Aqua Aerobics on?
    Aqua Aerobics is on Mondays and Wednesdays, for information please visit our Aqua Aerobics page.
  • Are Starfish Instructors qualified?
    Yes, all Starfish instructors are Austswim qualified.
  • When do I need to arrive for lesson?
    All participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to commencement of a lesson. This will allow you time to get ready and shower before entry into the water.
  • How do you accept payment and what are your payment options?
    We accepts debit, credit, direct deposit and cash. Payments can be made in person at the centre.
  • Are children taught with arm bands, leg bands, back bubbles and flippers?"
    Children are not taught with arm bands, leg bands, back bubbles or flippers, but aids can be used at the discretion of the swimming instructor.
  • How many people to a class?
    We keep our classes small allowing instructors more time to focus on individual progress. There may be up to four people in all classes and up to five for infants.
  • Do you accept Active Kids vouchers?
    Yes we do.
